Privacy policy
This site collects only your contact form entries and anonymous, cookie-free audience data. No advertising trackers, no profiling.

ASN Software, reachable at contact@asn-software.com. For any question about your data, write to that address.
Data collected
Only the contact form fields:
- first and last name
- company (optional)
- work email address
- subject of the enquiry
- content of your message
Purpose and legal basis
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. No marketing without separate consent. A message identified as unsolicited commercial prospecting is set aside without reply, then deleted.
Retention
24 months from the last exchange, then deletion. A request for earlier deletion is handled within 30 days.
Recipients
Messages are received by ASN Software and delivered by Resend, our only email processor. No data is sold or passed on for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights, exercisable at contact@asn-software.com:
- access to your data and a copy of it
- rectification of inaccurate data
- erasure
- restriction of and objection to processing
- lodging a complaint with the CNIL
Trackers
This site sets no cookies, whether for analytics or advertising. Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, our host's tool: page views, referring site, country and device type, as aggregate statistics. Nothing is stored on your device, and the visit identifier, computed on the fly, is reset every day. No consent banner is therefore required.
